IND vs NZ Dream11 Prediction, Fantasy Cricket Tips & Playing XI Updates for Today's Cricket World Cup Match - June 13th, 2019

With the English weather already having an impact on the ongoing ICC World Cup 2019, India and New Zealand take centrestage in a clash of two undefeated teams at Trent Bridge.

Although India have put in two very comprehensive performances against South Africa and Australia, the team composition could be by Shikhar Dhawan's injury, one that has ruled him out for at least three weeks.

This could see a couple of players being shuffled within the batting unit as they gear up for a swing test against the likes of Trent Boult and Matt Henry. The Kiwis should also be wary of an in-form Jasprit Bumrah, who has troubled batsmen with his pace and accuracy.

Both teams look equally well-balanced as they look to keep their challenge for the World Cup on track with another big one over a fellow contender. Here are a few tips to help you pick your Dream11 team.

Squads to choose from:

India:

Virat Kohli (C), Jasprit Bumrah, Yuzvendra Chahal, Shikhar Dhawan, MS Dhoni, Ravindra Jadeja, Kedar Jadhav, Dinesh Karthik, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul, Mohammed Shami, Vijay Shankar, Rohit Sharma and Kuldeep Yadav.

New Zealand:

Kane Williamson (C), Tom Blundell, Trent Boult, Colin de Grandhomme, Lockie Ferguson, Martin Guptill, Matt Henry, Tom Latham, Colin Munro, Jimmy Neesham, Henry Nicholls, Mitchell Santner, Ish Sodhi, Tim Southee, Ross Taylor

Playing XI Updates

India

Shikhar Dhawan's injury should see KL Rahul partner Rohit Sharma at the top of the order while one of Vijay Shankar or Dinesh Karthik should slot in at number four. Another school of thought is MS Dhoni being promoted to number four with Dinesh Karthik proving to be a capable finisher himself.

The onus is on Virat Kohli and his bowlers, who have done well collectively in the middle overs. Kuldeep Yadav's form is a cause for concern with Ravindra Jadeja on standby while Yuzvendra Chahal and Jasprit Bumrah are key to India's fortunes in what could be a shortened game due to rain.

Possible XI: Rohit, Rahul, Virat(C), Karthik/Shankar, Dhoni(WK), Jadhav, Pandya, Kuldeep, Chahal, Bhuvneshwar and Bumrah

New Zealand

With three wins in three games, no changes are expected from New Zealand for perhaps their biggest test so far in this year's World Cup. Martin Guptill and Colin Munro have blown hot and cold so far while the duo of Kane Williamson and Ross Taylor have been at the forefront of New Zealand's undefeated start to the tournament.

Their bowling unit is also well balanced with Lockie Ferguson and Jimmy Neesham picking nine wickets between them against Afghanistan earlier in the week. Colin de Grandhomme and Tom Latham haven't had much to do this tournament and will be expected to turn up against the Indians, whose bowling unit has already accounted for two big scalps in Australia and South Africa.

Possible XI: Guptill, Munro, Williamson (C), Taylor, Latham(WK), Neesham, Grandhomme, Santner, Henry, Ferguson and Boult.

Fantasy Tips and Suggestions

Wicket-keeper: Tom Latham is the preferred option over MS Dhoni given his good record against the Indians over the last couple of years. He is an able player of both pace and spin and is capable of scoring at a good rate as well, which adds to substance to his selection in the fantasy team.

Batsmen: Virat Kohli is a must have in any fantasy team with the Indian captain warming himself up with a brisk fifty against the Aussies at the Oval. Along with him, the likes of Ross Taylor, Kane Williamson and Martin Guptill are also decent options to have in the side while KL Rahul is the preferred option ahead of Rohit Sharma to complete the batting department.

Allrounders: Hardik Pandya was able to accelerate the Indian innings last Sunday and will be expected to do the same against the Kiwis as well. He is a handy option to have in the side along with in-form allrounder Jimmy Neesham, who picked his career-best figures with a fifer against Afghanistan.

Bowlers: Jasprit Bumrah and Trent Boult are two of the best new ball bowlers in the world right now and are must have players in the fantasy team as well. While the tournament's leading wicket taker, Lockie Ferguson, is a great option to have with his pace and bounce, one of the spin duo of Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal should suffice as the final bowling option.

Captain: Virat Kohli is the obvious choice for majority of the fantasy players and rightly so. He is due for a big one along with Martin Guptill, who has tailed off after a bright start to the World Cup 2019. Hardik Pandya is also a great option given his added batting responsibility with Shikhar Dhawan ruled out of this game.

Fantasy Suggestion #1: Tom Latham, Ross Taylor, Martin Guptill, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Jimmy Neesham, Hardik Pandya, Trent Boult, Lockie Ferguson, Yuzvendra Chahal and Jasprit Bumrah. Captain: Virat Kohli, Vice-Captain: Martin Guptill

Fantasy Suggestion #2: Tom Latham, Virat Kohli, Kane Williamson, Martin Guptill, KL Rahul, Hardik Pandya, Jimmy Neesham, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Kuldeep Yadav, Matt Henry and Lockie Ferguson. Captain: Martin Guptill, Vice-Captain: Hardik Pandya
