The final of the T10 League 2019 sees Maratha Arabians face off against the Deccan Gladiators at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. Maratha Arabians has been the team to beat with Chris Lynn on fire for the Arabians. On the other hand, Deccan Gladiators took a longer route the final with two wins on Saturday. With the likes of Ben Cutting and Fawad Ahmed in tremendous form, Deccan Gladiators should fancy their chances as well. Nevertheless, a very competitive game between the best sides in the league is a given with the T10 League trophy on the line. Here are a few tips to help you pick your Dream11 team for MAR vs DEG.

Playing XI Updates:

Maratha Arabians:

Hazratullah Zazai could drop out of the side after yet another poor performance. Wanindu Hasaranga is a decent option to bring in to the side with the pitch offering some spin. Nevertheless, Maratha Arabians depends heavily on the duo of Chris Lynn and Adam Lyth, who were the only ones to register double-digit scores in their Qualifier 1 match. With a bowling unit boasting of Lasith Malinga and Dwayne Bravo, one wouldn't want to bet against the Arabians in this game.

Possible XI: Lyth, Lynn, Walton(WK), Najibullah, Yuvraj, Shanaka, Bravo(C), Hasaranga, McClenaghan, Malinga and Shiraz.

Deccan Gladiators:

No changes are expected from the Gladiators with Shane Watson and Mohd Shahzad in imperious touch at the top of the order. They have a very flexible batting order with Daniel Lawrence and Bhanuka Rajapaksa floating around in the batting unit. They have a spin heavy bowling unit with Fawad Ahmed already picking six wickets. With Zahoor and Cottrell also churning out economical overs on a consistent basis, Gladiators will fancy its chances of a win.

Possible XI: Shahzad (WK), Watson(C), Lawrence, Rajapaksa, Pollard, Devcich, Zahoor, Cottrell, Fawad, Pretorius and Cutting

Pitch Report:

Over the last few days, the pitch has slowed down considerably with scores between 100 and 110 being very competitive. Batting first would be the ideal choice considering the high stakes with dew also playing a factor during the match.

Fantasy Tips and Suggestions:

Wicket-keeper: With Chadwick Walton batting deep down the order, Mohammad Shahzad remains the lone viable option in this department. In spite of his lack of technique, Shahzad is in decent form of late. With 155 runs at a strike rate of 215, Shahzad is more than handy at the top of the order for the Gladiators.

Batsmen: Chris Lynn is a must-have in the side after yet another sensational performance in the knockouts. Lynn has scored 355 runs so far although he is due for a failure in the T10 League. Along with Queenslander, the likes of Adam Lyth and Dasun Shanaka are also good picks. Shane Watson has 220 runs this season and should score more on Sunday while Daniel Lawrence form makes him a decent option as well.

Allrounders: While Dwayne Bravo is a must-have in the fantasy side, Ben Cutting's exploits against the Qalandars on Saturday should also earn him a spot. If credits suffice, Kieron Pollard is more than handy in the team as well. If picked in the side, Wanindu Hasaranga should also pick a wicket or two in this game.

Bowlers: One or both of Lasith Malinga and Mitchell McClenaghan is a must with their wicket-taking ability shining throughout the tournament. While Fawad Ahmad's form makes him a must-have, Sheldon Cottrell is surely one to watch out for in this game. A viable alternative for the aforementioned quarter would be Shiraz Ahmed and Zahoor Khan, who have utilized their variation to good use.

Captain: Chris Lynn is bound to be the captain for most fantasy teams. Although his form would suggest the same, it isn't quite recommended with the law of averages bound to catch up. While he is a viable option, the likes of Mohammad Shahzad and Kieron Pollard should do well in this much-awaited clash.

Fantasy Suggestion #1: Mohammadd Shahzad, Shane Watson, Adam Lyth, Daniel Lawrence, Dasun Shanaka, Dwayne Bravo, Ben Cutting, Lasith Malinga, Mitchell McClenaghan, Fawad Ahmed and Zahoor Khan. Captain: Mohammad Shahzad, Vice-Captain: Adam Lyth

Fantasy Suggestion #2: Mohammad Shahzad, Shane Watson, Ben Cutting, Chris Lynn, Dasun Shanaka, Dwayne Bravo, Yuvraj Singh, Lasith Malinga, Shiraz Ahmed, Fawad Ahmed and Zahoor Khan. Captain: Chris Lynn, Vice-Captain: Mohd Shahzad
