NZ vs Ban, 3rd ODI: Dream11 Prediction, Playing XI Updates & Fantasy Cricket Tips - February 20th, 2019
The script of the first two ODIs has been fairly similar with consecutive centuries from Martin Guptill wrapping up the series in favour of the hosts New Zealand.
Heading into the third ODI, Bangladesh will be looking for to cause an upset over the Kiwis who have rested their captain, Kane Williamson for the final ODI. With recent games at the University Oval in Dunedin indicating a high scoring game, will the Bangladeshis avoid another onslaught from Guptill and salvage some pride?

Playing XI Updates:
New Zealand:
Kane Williamson has been rested for the final ODI with keeper, Tom Latham, filling in for him. His place in the side will be taken up by Colin Munro, who has been recalled after not featuring in the last two ODIs. The bowling unit could see a change with either Boult or Henry sitting out for Southee with the series already wrapped up.
Possible XI: Guptill, Nicholls, Munro, Taylor, Latham(C&WK), Neesham, de Grandhomme, Astle, Henry, Southee and Ferguson.
Bangladesh:
With this being the last ODI in the series, the likes of Rubel Hossain and Shafiul Islam could find a place in the side. While it has to be seen whether Bangladesh are willing to drop Mustafizur and Saifuddin, their batting should remain the same with much expected of their best batsmen, Rahim and Tamim.
Mohammad Mithun has been ruled out due to an injury and could be replaced by Mominul Haque.
Possible XI: Tamim, Liton, Sarkar, Rahim (WK), Mahmudullah, Sabbir, Mominul, Mehidy, Rubel, Mashrafe(C) and Mustafizur

Fantasy Tips and Suggestions:
Wicket-keeper: In spite of his lack of form in the previous two ODIs, Mushfiqur Rahim still remains one of the best wicket-keeper batsmen in world cricket. His ability to keep the scoreboard ticking is crucial and with a flat pitch on offer, his contributions could be crucial to the Bangladesh team. Tom Latham is also a decent option but his lack of action due to the performances of the Kiwi top order could go against his selection.
Batsmen: With the third ODI also threatening to be a one-sided affair, the likes of Ross Taylor, Martin Guptill and Henry Nicholls are great options to have in the side. Colin Munro, if given the opportunity to bat at the top of the order, could also be a great option with the southpaw coming off a successful T20 series against India.
Tamim Iqbal is Bangladesh's trump card and will be eager to make up for the no-show in the series with a sizeable contribution. Either of Mominul Haque or Soumya Sarkar could prove to be a handy pick if chosen.
All-rounders: Mahmudullah Riyad is one to keep an eye on, especially with his past record against NZ. The all-rounder hasn't been in the best of form but could prove to be a viable option if chosen. Either of Jimmy Neesham or Colin de Grandhomme would also be great inclusions.
Bowling: With Trent Boult set to be rested, two of Ferguson, Henry and Astle would be sufficient alongside Mustafizur Rahman and Mashrafe Mortaza. Mustafizur has been the lone bright spot in the Bangladesh bowling unit and should be backed to deliver once again.
Captain: Martin Guptill has been sensational since returning from injury and is one of the prime contenders for captaincy alongside Henry Nicholls and Colin Munro. With another good pitch on offer, one wouldn't bet against Guptill scoring another ton against a hapless Bangladesh bowling.
Fantasy Suggestion #1: Mushfiqur Rahim (WK), Henry Nicholls, Martin Guptill, Ross Taylor, Tamim Iqbal, Colin de Grandhomme, Jimmy Neesham, Lockie Ferguson, Todd Astle, Mustafizur Rahman and Mashrafe Mortaza. Captain: Martin Guptill
Fantasy Suggestion #2: Tom Latham (WK), Colin Munro, Tamim Iqbal, Martin Guptill, Soumya Sarkar, Mahmudullah Riyad, Mehidy Hasan, James Neesham, Lockie Ferguson, Matt Henry and Mustafizur Rahman. Captain: Colin Munro
