TST vs PR Dream11 Prediction, Fantasy Cricket Tips & Playing XI Updates for Today's MSL 2019 Match - Nov 29th, 2019
With the Mzansi Super League 2019 slowly entering the business end, Paarl Rocks currently top the table with nine points to their credit. Paarl Rocks travel to SuperSport Park on Friday as they face a formidable Tshwane Spartans outfit. The previous encounter between the two sides saw Tshwane Spartans come out victorious courtesy of a big partnership between Dean Elgar and Theunis de Bruyn. Since then, Paarl Rocks haven't lost a game as they come into this one on the back of a stellar win over Nelson Mandela Bay Giants. Both sides are well equipped in both departments heading into this game with four valuable points on offer. Here are a few tips to help you pick your Dream11 team for TST vs PR.
Squads to choose from:
Tshwane Spartans:
Heinrich Klaasen C), AB de Villiers, Tom Curran, Morne Morkel, Lungi Ngidi, Theunis de Bruyn, Roelof van der Merwe, Lutho Sipamla, Pite van Biljon, Tony de Zorzi, Waqar Salamkheil, Dean Elgar, Wiaan Mulder, Vaughn van Jaarsveld, Corbin Bosch, Donavon Ferreira
Paarl Rocks:
Faf du Plessis (C), Henry Davids, James Vince, JP Duminy, Dwaine Pretorius, Isuru Udana, Cameron Delport, Kerwin Mungroo, Ferisco Adams, Kyle Verreynne, Mangaliso Mosehle, Tabraiz Shamsi, Hardus Viljoen, Bjorn Fortuin, Sibonelo Makhanya, and Thando Ntini.
Playing XI Updates:
Tswhane Spartans:
No changes are expected from Spartans after pulling off a sensational heist against Jozi Stars. AB de Villiers and Pite van Biljon finally got some runs under their belt earlier in the week. This bodes well for the side who seemed dependent on their opening duo for the starting phase of MSL 2019. Nevertheless, the bowling unit is on fire as well with Tom Curran and Morne Morkel picking three wickets each in the previous game. The presence of Heinrich Klaasen in the middle order strengthens their batting unit with ample batting depth on offer as well.
Possible XI: Elgar, De Bruyn, De Villiers, Klaasen (C&WK), Van Biljon, Mulder, Van der Merwe, Sipamla, Morkel, Curran and Ngidi.
Paarl Rocks:
As for the Paarl Rocks, Dwaine Pretorius' fitness is still unknown. This might force Paarl Rocks to field the same set of players that featured against Nelson Mandela Bay Giants. Although they are currently at the top of the points table, their batsmen haven't been scoring big runs on a consistent basis. The likes of Faf du Plessis and James Vince will be key for them with their bowling unit also in decent form. Ferisco Adams and Hardus Viljoen are capable of scoring quick runs as well which gives Paarl Rocks a fair chance at winning this game.
Possible XI: Davids, Delport, Du Plessis (C), Vince, Mosehle(WK), Makhanya, Viljoen, Udana, Adams, Shamsi and Fortuin.

SuperSport Park, Centurion
Pitch Report:
For the first time this season, the weather is perfectly fine at the SuperSport Park. The batsmen should find conditions ideal for run-scoring with scores of 180 being a common occurrence at the venue. Teams will field first with dew also playing a crucial role in the second innings.
Fantasy Tips and Suggestions:
Wicket-keeper: Heinrich Klaasen should get the nod over Pite van Biljon and Mangaliso Mosehle. Although both Biljon and Mangaliso have scored some runs in recent games, Klaasen is due for a big score with the Tshwane Spartans captain looking in good knick in his rather short stays at the crease. He should score some runs and add valuable fantasy points as well.
Batsmen: Faf du Plessis and AB de Villiers are two of the finest players of this generation. With their franchise cricket experience bound to come in handy, they should be a fixture in most fantasy teams. While one of Henry Davids and Cameron Delport should be a viable punt, the form of Dean Elgar cannot be ignored. Theunis de Bruyn is also in decent form with 88 runs to his name. He could also be picked as an extra batting option.
All-rounders: Isuru Udana and Roelof van der Merwe are the preferred allrounder picks for this game. While both of them have been picking wickets consistently, they are capable of scoring handy runs as well, at a quick rate. If one were to pick another all-rounder, Wiaan Mulder could be a decent punt too.
Bowlers: Bjorn Fortuin and Tabriaz Shamsi are two of the best spinners in the South African circuit. They have sixteen wickets between them and should be able to add a few as well on Friday. While Hardus Viljoen is a viable option as well, Tom Curran is a must have in the side from the Tshwane Spartans. His three wicket haul in the previous game holds him good stead and should be joined by one of Morne Morkel or Lungi Ngidi.
Captain: AB de Villiers and Faf du Plessis are itching to go big in MSL 2019. While AB de Villiers showcased his class on a tough wickets against Jozi Stars last week, Faf du Plessis would love to add some runs to his tally of 91 runs. Cameron Delport is a viable multiplier option as well if one were to defer from one of the aforementioned players.
Fantasy Suggestion #1: Heinrich Klaasen, Faf du Plessis, AB de Villiers, Cameron Delport, Theunis de Bruyn, Isuru Udana, Roelof van der Merwe, Tom Curran, Lungi Ngidi, Tabriaz Shamsi and Hardus Viljoen. Captain: AB de Villiers, Vice-Captain: Cameron Delport.
Fantasy Suggestion #2: Heinrich Klaasen, AB de Villiers, Dean Elgar, Henry Davids, Faf du Plessis, Isuru Udana, Roelof van der Merwe, Morne Morkel, Tabriaz Shamsi, Bjorn Fortuin and Tom Curran. Captain: AB de Villiers, Vice-Captain: Faf du Plessis.
