10 Spanish footballers subjected to doping tests
Saint-Martin-de-Re (France), June 25 (IANS) The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) subjected 10 Spanish players on Saturday to doping tests at a hotel on the island of Re, France, where the Euro 2016 is being held.
Urine and blood samples were taken without any problems, according to the official website of the Spanish national team, reports Efe.
The players subjected to the tests were not identified.
Two-time defending champions Spain meet Italy in Euro pre-quarterfinals on Monday.
