#3 Chelsea 5-4 Napoli (2011-12)
Chelsea came into this Round of 16 tie on the back of some poor Premier League form which left Napoli as the favourites. It ended up being one of the most brilliant ties in the history of the Champions League.
The first leg was played at Naples and Juan Mata gave the Blues an early lead. But Napoli pulled things back with the help of two goals - from Ezequiel Lavezzi and from the then striker of Napoli, Edinson Cavani. The first leg ended in the favor of Napoli as they went to Stamford Bridge with the scoreline reading 3-1.
In the second leg, it was again Chelsea who took the early lead with a goal from Didier Drogba. John Terry made it two nil with a goal just after half time.
Napoli pulled one back and it felt like they were going to go through, but Frank Lampard's late penalty took it to extra time, before Ivanovic scored in the 105th minute to send Chelsea through.
