At Manchester United, he had a very decent debut season where he won the League Cup and also won the UEFA Europa League. United were expected to go on to greater things in his second season but after a bright start to the campaign, the Red Devils stumbled at some crucial moments to crash out of the Champions League and also the Premier League title race.

However, Jose's appetite for trophies is ever growing and following some clinical performances, United have made it to the finals of the FA Cup where they will take on Antonio Conte's Chelsea.
