5 Tottenham Hotspur players who need to leave to further their career
With the World Cup just round the corner (as well as the January Transfer Window), every player will be wanting to impress in hope of a place in their International squad come next June. However, there are always players within a squad that are left frustrated at the amount of game time they receive from their manager.
This piece will focus on five Tottenham players who should seek a move away as soon as they can in order to benefit their career.
#5 Danny Rose
There is no doubt that Danny Rose is one of the best full-backs in the Premier League, but so far this season, Pochettino has been in-favour of Ben Davies. Rose has been ever-present in the Spurs squad for some time now, but has recently been over looked by the manager.
With a high chance of making the World Cup next summer, first-team football is an absolute certainty for Rose. The English full-back has only made two appearances in the Premier League this season, which is no where enough for the 27-year-old.
If Rose does seek a move away from Spurs, there will no doubt be a long queue of clubs interested; top clubs as well. He may well be tempted to search for first-team football come January.
