35th Federation Cup: Pre-quarterfinal home and away fixtures in October 2013

The home and away fixtures of the pre-quarterfinals of the reformed 35th Federation Cup would be held on October 5/6 and October 29/30 across the nation with 16 teams playing for the Fed Cup trophy.

In the, draw the top eight teams of the 2012/13 I-League were placed in Pot 1 while the other I-League teams along with the two promoted sides, Rangdajied United FC and Mohammedan Sporting Club plus Team 15 (Pailan Arrows) and Team 16 (relegated United Sikkim FC) were placed in Pot 2.
