With less than a week to go before the transfer window closes, let us look at five players who are available and look like they have what it takes to take the Premier League by storm for their new side.

After conceding defeat in their pursuit of Wayne Rooney post their nil-nil draw with Manchester United, Chelsea are looking to bring in someone else to fill the void. And who better than three-time Champions League winning hit-man Samuel Eto’o from Anzhi Makhachkala. After having already signed Willian from the same club, Eto’o will definitely be a steal.

Although Eto’o is not the player he once was, he could prove to be the perfect addition to the squad which at the moment lacks a genuine striker capable of scoring a bucket-load of goals. And under his tutelage, Romelu Lukaku could very well develop into the player Chelsea have been waiting for, since the departure of Didier Drogba.
