Arsenal 2-1 Chelsea: 5 Talking PointsÂ
After a goalless 90 minutes in the first leg, Eden Hazard needed just 7 minutes to put Chelsea ahead. But unfortunately, a bizarre own goal from Antonio Rudiger levelled it up within 5 minutes.
Granit Xhaka pounced on a cross deflected by Rudiger to score the winner and take Arsenal to Wembley. Here are the talking points from the game:
#5 Chelsea need another striker and fast!
Antonio Conte clearly does not trust Michy Batshuayi and the Chelsea board need to get him a new striker asap. The Italian was forced to play with Eden Hazard as the false 9 and that wasn't as productive as he would have wanted.
Hazard did score an early goal but the injury to Willian changed everything. Ross Barkley came off the bench to make his debut and it wouldn't be fair to criticise him for not linking up well on his first outing with Hazard and Pedro.
Edin Dzeko has been linked with the Blues and a deal is expected to be completed this week, according to Sky Sports. The move will give Conte a much-needed boost but might signal the end of Batshuayi at the club.
