After training with FC Barcelona, Justin Bieber now meets Sergio Ramos
Pop star Justin Bieber met up with Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos just days after taking part in a training session with Barcelona and the famed ‘MSN’ trio; clearly, allegiances aren’t one of his strong suits.
The singer is currently travelling in Europe as a part of his Purpose World Tour and was in Spain to perform in the capital’s Barclaycard Arena on Wednesday night.
Ramos apparently had access to backstage passes and went to meet the 22-year-old singer and posted a photo of the pair on Instagram with the caption: ‘Recognize him? Great show Justin Bieber.’
Os suena de algo...? Gran show. / Recognise him? Great show Justin Bieber.
The Spain and Real Madrid captain was enjoying a night out after previously helping the Los Blancos to a 2-1 victory over Sporting CP in the Champions League.

The win saw Zinedine Zidane’s side claim a berth in the round of 16 with the top two sides in Group F already decided; however, first place is still up for grabs with Dortmund leading Real by only 2 points with the one game still remaining. This last game will see the two behemoths face off at the Santiago Bernabeu on the 8th of December with anything other than a Real win seeing Dortmund topping the group.
Meanwhile, it was only on Monday that Bieber met with the Barcelona stars at their training base. Lionel Messi – whose brace sunk Celtic 2-0 at Glasgow and saw Barcelona cement their place as group winners – posed alongside Bieber with teammate Suarez at their training center; before he was put through some rigorous exercises by Neymar and Rafinha.
In videos uploaded by the Catalan giants’ Snapchat account, Bieber could be seen taking part in various training drills. Everyone present at the club seemed to be impressed by the singer’s footballing skills, with his performances on the stage already enthralling fans in Spain.
This wasn’t the first time that Bieber had visited the Blaugrana, with the singer also visiting the club back in 2011 and speaking with the likes of Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta.
Wearing the second green strip – which was Barcelona’s away kit at the time – he also managed to perform some tricks with current Bayern Munich midfielder, Thiago Alcantara.
Ramos will be hoping that his night out proves to be a fruitful one and that Bieber proves to a lucky charm with Real Madrid having some crucial games coming up in the league, including a trip to the Camp Nou to face Barcelona where they’ll be hoping to extend their 4 point lead on top of the La Liga standings.
