Leicester City footballer and television pundit Kevin Phillips, in his Tottenham Hotspur vs Southampton post match talk, struggled to pronounce Gylfi Sigurdsson’s name, who scored an injury time screamer to earn his side a significant 3 points on the night.

After several attempts, the Golden Boot winner embarrassingly settled on a back-to-front combination of ‘Syluf Gudjursson’, which, as expected, was picked up by most.

Spurs’ and England winger Andros Townsend had a dig at Phillips as he took to twitter to subtly state the mispronunciation.
