Antalyaspor reach agreement with Bordeaux for Menez
Turkish club Antalyaspor have agreed a deal to sign France international Jeremy Menez for an undisclosed fee from Bordeaux.
Menez only joined Les Girondins in August 2016 after being released by AC Milan, but his solitary season at Stade Matmut Atlantique was disrupted by numerous injuries.
The 30-year-old made just 17 starts in Ligue 1 over the course of the campaign and departs less than 12 months into his three-year contract.
Antalyaspor announced Menez's signing with a short video on their official Twitter account which showed the 24-times capped France international saying "we are Antalyaspor".
The announcement came less than two hours after Bordeaux confirmed they had "agreed a deal in principle" with Antalyaspor for the winger, who has also played for Roma, Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain. The move is subject to a medical.
