Corinthians are close to signing former Argentine midfielder Sebastian Blanco

They have offered three million euros  to San Lorenzo.

Corinthians are close to signing former Argentina international midfielder Sebastian Blanco, according to media reports in Brazil. The Sao Paulo-based outfit have offered Argentine club San Lorenzo three million euros ($3.35 million) for the 27-year-old's signature, reports Xinhua.

Blanco, who has been capped twice for Argentina, joined San Lorenzo from West Bromwich Albion last year for two million euros ($2.16 million). 

Corinthians are also considering a move for Colombia international striker Teofilo Gutierrez.

The 27-year-old joined Sporting Lisbon last July from Argentine giants River Plate.
