Arsenal and Manchester United encouraged to sign Remy Cabella
Arsenal target Remy Cabella of Montpellier who is dubbed as the next Zidane is set to leave the Ligue 1 outfit in the January transfer window.
Earlier Cabella disclosed his desire to play in the Champions League as he told France Football, “What I want is to play in the Champions League again. I’m obsessed with it.”
Montpellier manager Jean Fernandez said that if a major club bids for the player they would have to let him go. He said, “
“In the winter transfer window, if Manchester United or Arsenal offer €18m (£15m) as I have read, he must go,” he told Reuters.
“Although that would kill the team, one cannot refuse an offer like that.”
The 23-year-old was on Arsenal’s radar for a long time and his addition would further strengthen the already formidable midfield.In the eight games he has played this season for the Ligue 1 club he has 5 goals and 4 assists under his belt.
