Arsene Wenger set for PSG move?

According to a report in The Telegraph, Paris Saint Germain’s foremost figures have said that Arsene Wenger has been persuaded to end his 17-year reign at English Premier League club Arsenal.

Arsene Wenger was linked to the French giants in January and there were reports that a £30 million deal could be put in place for Wenger to quit the English capital and replace Carlo Ancelotti. Wenger’s deal with Arsenal expires in 2014, but with Jose Mourinho repeatedly being linked to Chelsea and Pep Guardiola already signing a deal with Bayern Munich, PSG have turned to the Arsenal boss.

PSG can seal their first league title since 1994 this weekend as they are currently leading Marseille by nine points with just four games left.

The French daily Le Parisien has reported that Ancelotti might be replacing Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid and Wenger might be meeting the owners of PSG next week. Club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has reportedly been informed that Ancelotti would not be staying in Paris after this season.
