Augsburg and St. Pauli return to action in the Bundesliga when they square off at the WWK Arena on Sunday. Jess Thorup’s men have failed to win their last seven games in the league and will head into the weekend looking to end this poor run.

Augsburg picked up a morale-boosting result during the international break as they secured a 4-1 friendly victory over second-tier SSV Ulm on September 5.

Having gained promotion from the second tier last term to end their 13-year absence from the Bundesliga, St. Pauli now set out in search of their first top-flight win since beating Hamburger 1-0 in February 2011.
