Bayern made to wait for title after Gladbach draw
BERLIN (Reuters) - Bayern Munich were forced to wait at least another week for their fourth successive Bundesliga title after they were held 1-1 at home by Borussia Moenchengladbach on Saturday.
The Bavarians, needing to win to clinch the title with two games to spare, were on course when Thomas Mueller gave them a sixth-minute lead, but Andre Hahn stunned the Allianz Arena with a second-half equaliser for the Foals. Second-placed Borussia Dortmund closed the gap to five points by thrashing VfL Wolfsburg 5-1, helped by two second-half goals from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Bayern are still firm favourites with their remaining games away to mid-table Ingolstadt and at home to relegated Hanover 96.
