Bayern switch more likely for Chelsea ace

Jose Mourinho and Chelsea are open to selling David Luiz and the Bavarian side is the most likely destination according to reports in the Daily Mail.

The wild haired Brazilian was relegated to the bench after Jose Mourinho’s “eleven mistakes” against Newcastle and has not played the following Champions League and Premier League matches. Luiz was subject of intense speculation throughout the summer with reports of a £35 million bid from Barcelona being turned down.

The Special ones return has seen John Terry back into the thick of things meaning Luiz and Cahill had to scramble for the remaining spot. Initially Cahill was the odd man out but after a few typically flamboyant and error prone performances Jose has chosen to stick with the combination of Terry and Cahill.

With the World Cup looming large on the horizon the 26 year old former Benfica man might be interested in seeking new pastures. Especially with clubs like Bayern and Barca lurking it would be too hard to resist from the Blues bench and if reports are to be believed, Jose Mourinho’s patiences has run thin and is willing to let him go for the right price.
