#3 James Rodriguez could be sold to Spurs in exchange of Eriksen in the summer
Major news coming from the Los Blancos camp that they are planning to sign Danish playmaker, Christian Eriksen from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer in exchange of James Rodriguez who is currently on a two-year loan spell at Bayern Munich.
The arrival of Bale forced the Columbian to move to Germany on a loan deal where he flourished in his first season. However, things have been patchy in the current campaign with the manager, Niko Kovac warned James that he is playing for his future at the club. It prompted speculation of a move elsewhere in Europe with clubs like Arsenal, Juventus, and Napoli are all believed to be keen on the South American.
Bayern has an option to make his deal permanent at the end of the season, but latest reports suggest that he would return to Real Madrid. The Spanish giants are keen on Eriksen and would be happy to use Rodriguez to try and bring down his price. Eriksen has been one of the Premier League’s top performers for Spurs scoring 62 goals and providing 79 assists in the process. He would add some creativity to the Madrid side who are struggling this season.
