Bengaluru FC present hockey international V. Raghunath with club jersey

The head coach Ashley Westwood of I-League new entrants Bengaluru FC presented India hockey international and Olympian V. Raghunath with a club shirt at the Bangalore Football Stadium on Saturday.

Local Bangalore boy Raghunath, who is back from India’s impressive show at the Asian Hockey Championship in Ipoh, Malaysia, said he was pleased with the fact that I-League action has returned to the garden city.

“It’s always good to see other sports doing the right things to progress. I have always supported anything to do with this city and Bengaluru FC is no different,” Raghunath said.
