Ryan faced an onslaught from the Manchester United attack in the second half but he responded brilliantly making three crucial saves that helped secure the win and clean sheet for his team.
Bruno - 7/10
The 37-year-old did an excellent job out on the right against the likes of Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial making five successful tackles and two interceptions.
Lewis Dunk - 7/10
The Englishman was a rock in defence blocking three shots and on the other hand, completing four long balls into the opposition box
Shane Duffy - 8/10
Duffy made an impressive nine clearances and won five aerial duels that helped keep the Man Utd attack quiet throughout the game.
Gaëtan Bong - 6/10
Bong did not contribute anything of significance on either end of the pitch but did the job that was needed of him playing at left back.
Davy Propper - 7/10
Propper was brilliant defensively making five clean tackles as well as two long balls finishing off with a pass completion rate of 82%.
Dale Stephens - 7/10
Just like his midfield partner Davy Propper, Stephens too was immense on the defensive end completing with four interceptions and two clearances respectively.
José Izquierdo - 5/10
Izquidero was very lacklustre and below par playing out wide on the left, recording a pass completion rate under 70% and more importantly he did not even attempt playing any crosses or long balls in the box throughout the game.
Anthony Knockaert - 7/10
Knockaert was a thorn for the Manchester United backline, showing off his trickery on his left foot before cutting inside. The Frenchman completed a game-high eight dribbles and happened to register two shots but lost the ball five times causing the break down of a lot of attacks in the final third of the pitch.
Glenn Murray - 6/10
Murray attempted an audacious half-volley that tested David de Gea, forcing him to make the save. A bad challenge earned him a yellow card early in the second half but the forward proved to be a difference in the air winning four aerial duels as well as having two shots.
Pascal Gross - 8/10
Gross created a decent opportunity for himself in the first half when his long-range strike brought out a fingertip save from De Gea. However, the German continued his good form at home by heading in from close range to secure Brighton's status in the Premier League.
