According to French newspaper Le Parisien, Italian manager Carlo Ancelotti has intimated the PSG directors about his intentions of leaving the club at the end of the season.

“According to members of the board, the Italian coach has decided to leave PSG at the end of the season. He agreed his departure with President Nasser al-Khelaifi in a meeting which took place on Wednesday,” stated the French newspaper.

Le Parisien also wrote, “News of his exit will not be made official until PSG has clinched the French league title. Ancelotti is close to an agreement with Real Madrid, who he has been in touch with since the autumn, although he also has offers from Manchester City and Arsenal.”

Ancelotti joined as the manager of Paris Saint-Germain in December 2011. Arsene Wenger is expected to replace him at the club as the PSG owners are planning to hold a meeting with the Arsenal manager within two weeks.
