Santos sensation Neilton has the Blues watching him closely as they intend to sign the 19-year-old who has a buy out clause of £5million.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is hoping to acquire his services at a bargain deal. The only problem is that Manchester United are also after him.

Neilton was in the news for scoring a hat-trick against Palmeiras in the semi-finals of the Copa Sao Paulo Under-19s’ tournament.

Santos don’t want to let go of their star 19-year-old so easily and are reported to have renegotiated a contract with him.

Roman Abramovich was previously linked with Neymar’s move to the London club but as things stand, it appears that Neymar will choose Spain over England.

Neilton, who is dubbed as the “new Neymar”, not only possesses skills, but also looks like Neymar himself.
