Chelsea transfer rumour: Cesc Fabregas seeking for a living space in Milan

Cesc Fabregas seeking a way out at Chelsea?

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas, is apparently on the lookout for a new house in Milan if reports from Italian media, quotidiano.net, is to be believed. The former Arsenal and Barcelona star has been made an outcast by Antonio Conte and with the Italian tactician preferring the newly embedded 3-4-3 formation, it seems as though the former Arsenal captain’s days at London are numbered.

Italian media claim that Cesc Fabregas will be on the move in January and AC Milan seems to be his next destination.

Leaving for a club situated in another city always beckons a common problem: a place to live. Former Juventus midfielder, Paul Pogba, is yet to find a permanent home to reside in as he has to make do by living in a hotel—and that, too, have been the cause of some controversy of late.

Hence, it is logical that the Spaniard is scouring for a roof to live under before securing the move to Italy. It is being reported that he is searching for a new house beside Lake Como, which is among the poshest residential area in the Italian capital.

Even though Milan coach, Vicenzo Montella, has fervently denied the claims that link his club to Cesc Fabregas, reports claim that the former Barcelona player has been in touch with a real estate agent to search a new house for him.

The fact that two Milan representatives were present during the game between Chelsea and Leicester City furthers fuels these rumours. Despite the World Cup winning midfielder not playing a single minute in that game, it is being believed that Milan’s sporting director, Massimiliano Mirabelli, and administrator, Marco Fassone, were there to talk about a potential January move for the midfielder.

However, the midfielder’s girlfriend has dismissed talks about a potential move to Milan.

Ever since Cesc Fabregas left Arsenal for Barcelona, things haven’t been great for him. After a rocking start to his life at Camp Nou, things began getting sour. The downward spiral ended only when he quit his childhood club to make a comeback to the Premier League with Chelsea.

Once again, he had a fantastic beginning with the Blues, assisting at will, but after the explosion came the implosion. After winning the Premier League under Jose Mourinho, both Chelsea and he went down the slide.

Ultimately, the self-proclaimed Special One was sacked and succeeded by Antonio Conte. The Italian is known for putting the team over the big names and didn’t hesitate for a moment to drop Fabregas to play a system that has, thus far, benefitted his team.
