Cristiano Ronaldo got himself a Bugatti Veyron as a present
Cristiano Ronaldo is living the time of his life. The year 2016 has proved to be extremely fruitful for the Real Madrid forward, as he finished the Champions League campaign by winning it and also finishing as the top scorer for the fourth season in succession.
To top it up, he also lifted his inaugural international trophy when he won the Euro 2016 after finishing as the second highest scorer. Things couldn’t get any better as the forward now got himself a Bugatti Veyron to top everything up.
The Portugal star has been a keen admirer of fast cars, as he has owned several supercars like the Ferrari 599 GTB, Audi R8, Ferrari F430, McLaren MP4-12 Spyder, Porsche Cayenne Turbo and Pagani Huayra to name a few. Now he has added the Bugatti Veyron to his ever-expanding roster of supercars that can make any fan drool.

Ronaldo about a decade ago had raced a Veyron during his time at Manchester United in a Nike commercial, which he defeated. The Portuguese star took his time and uploaded a picture of beast arriving as he captioned it “the animal arrive” for his 68 million followers.

Garage time. Soon your honor arrive
Bugatti Veyron has a power of more than 1000 horsepower and can go at speeds of 408.84 kmph, although Ronaldo would feel that he can top that speed. His teammate Karim Benzema is also known to own a Veyron of his own.
Ronaldo is believed to be in seventh heaven after his Euros win as the forward had to be taken off only after a few minutes’ courtesy an awkward collision with Dimitri Payet. Although the forward tried to come back several times, he couldn’t.

But an injury couldn’t take him out of the match completely as he took the role of assistant manager, commanding his teammates. He was ecstatic when his team won the Euros as tears fell from his eyes. He then gifted his silver boot trophy to his stand-in captain and friend Nani.
The forward is reportedly suffering from a horrible injury and initial reports do not look good, although the Real Madrid fans would want him to make a full recovery for the 2016/17 season’s opener when Madrid take on Sevilla in the UEFA Super Cup on August 10.
It will be interesting to see who wins the Ballon D’Or at the end of the year, with players like Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Neymar and Antoine Griezmann competing.
