Nunez, though, backed his attacking partner Salah instead. In a 2022 video, he was seen answering the question in a hilarious manner before approaching Salah, who was signing autographs for fans.
Nunez, 25, has been at Liverpool since 2022 and has registered 33 goals and 17 assists in 96 appearances across competitions. He has played 78 games alongside Salah, combining for 12 goals.
The Egyptian has been Liverpool's talisman since his 2017 move to Merseyside. He's a bonafide Anfield icon, contributing 211 goals and 89 assists in 349 appearances across competition.
