Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew feels Premier League clubs are jealous of Leicester City's title bid
Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew said on Friday that other English Premier League (EPL) outfits are jealous of Leicester City's current form.
Leicester are at top of the EPL table, five points clear of their nearest rival Tottenham Hotspur. Last weekend, the Foxes beat heavyweights Manchester City 3-1.
"We're a bit jealous of Leicester, all the clubs of a similar vein are," Pardew was quoted as saying by goal.com.
The coach also said the team appeals to the romantics who want them to win the league this season. "The romantic in you wants to see them pull it off," he said.
No offers for Jedinak: Pardew
Pardew added that his club has received no offers for Mile Jedinak who has been linked to a move to a Chinese Super League club.
"I've not seen anything," he said. "Their (transfer) window is still open, so there'll be loads of speculation until it closes."
Palace are presently 12th on the points table with nine wins from 25 matches.
