Alexis Sanchez decides on his future
The Chilean is ready to spend one more year with the Gunners if they prove their ambition in the transfer market and sign world class players to make Arsenal compete for all the top honours next season.
He has a year left on his contract which he is willing to see out according to the Mirror. Arsenal have offered him a new deal worth £250,000 per week but Sanchez wants assurances about the club's ambitions before deciding to stay with the club. Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus are monitoring his situation closely.
Manchester United to bid for Serie A winger
Gazzetta Dello Sport has revealed that Jose Mourinho is readying a £51 million bid for Inter Milan's Ivan Perisic. The Croatian has been in fine form for the Italian giants which has attracted the attention of a lot of European clubs.
Perisic is also a target for Antonio Conte's Chelsea but Manchester United seem to be more interested in the 28-year-old with Daily Star claiming that the deal is expected to go through soon.
He has scored nine goals and produced four assists this season for the Nerazzurri.
Marseille planning double raid on Arsenal
After being taken over by an American billionaire, Marseille are planning a huge summer transfer spree to challenge for the Ligue 1 title next season. L'Equipe reports that the French club are planning to bid for the Arsenal duo of Olivier Giroud and Laurent Koscielny.
Giroud has found it tough to get regular game time this season while Koscielny has struggled for fitness. Marseille are ready to bid £65 million for the duo. The Express also reports that Marseille are eager to sign Moussa Sissoko – who has failed to live up to his £30 million price tag – from Tottenham Hotspur.
They have already signed Dimitri Payet and Patrice Evra in the last window which proves the new owner's intentions.
