Daily Transfer Updates - October 26, 2013
The Daily Star is reporting that Tottenham Hotspur might be willing to offer Andrea Pirlo a three-year deal. This means the World Cup winner would be playing football until the age of 37.
Manchester United are reportedly igniting their interest in Wesley Sneijder once again and according to CaughtOffSide, will be launching an audacious bid for the Galatasaray midfielder.
Moyes is ready to stump up £12m in the January transfer window, which comes in at just below the playmaker’s £13m release clause and could perhaps be an offer the Turkish giants consider for the 29 year old, a fee that is twice what Galatasaray paid Inter Milan for Sneijder back in January.
According to TalkSport, Napoli will be stepping up and making an effort to sign former Liverpool man, Javier Mascherano. Mascherano, 29, has enjoyed three successful seasons with Barcelona but hinted back in August that he would consider his future after being sounded out over a move away from Catalonia.
Meanwhile, Mirror are reporting that Barcelona are offering Antonio Sanabria a new deal to keep him from leaving and joining Arsenal. Arsenal, Manchester City and Juventus are all in for the 17-year-old Paraguayan striker who has a clause in his contract allowing him to leave for £2.5m.
