Beckham's Miami side is set to be officially launched this month and the former Manchester United and Real Madrid superstar is hoping to sign Cristiano Ronaldo next summer. The forward will turn 33 by that time and Beckham hopes to give the Portuguese a brilliant cash-rich platform for one last challenge in his career.
Paris Saint-Germain feared to miss out on Kylian Mbappe on deadline day
The Telegraph has understood that PSG were in genuine worry about the fate of their loan proposal for the 18 year old sensation, Kylian Mbappe. To avoid sanctions because of FFP, Paris Saint-Germain had proposed a loan move for Mbappe and then signing him for €180 million next summer. But the intricacies of the deal and the time remaining had made the Parisians nervous. But AS Monaco completed the formalities in quick time and Mbappe became a Paris player on deadline day.
