Every day, some new transfer rumours begin to spread around. Some ridiculous, some improbable and some possible. The following are a few rumours regarding the top 6 clubs of the English Premier League.
Arsenal
Southampton’s Morgan Schneiderlin is a £10 million target for Arsene Wenger, who is keen on buying a few defensive midfielders. (The Sun)
Arsenal are also watching teenage striker, Thierry Anang. He is considered one of the best Cameroonian players at the moment. (The Mirror)
Barcelona midfielder, Cesc Fabregas, could make an astonishing return to the Emirates as the Catalans are considering a major shake up of the squad. (The Mirror)
Chelsea
Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich, has given up on John Terry and is considering making David Luiz the captain of the club. John Terry was due to sit down with the club to discuss his future and this is a significant blow for him. (Telegraph)
Liverpool
The Reds are close to securing Reading’s Alex Pearce as the defender has turned down a contract extension. (The Sun)
