Everton's Fellaini set to colour his hair silver
Marouane Fellaini has taken a hair-coloring challenge to raise thousands of pounds for charity in Everton.
The 25-year-old midfielder has said that he will dye his hair silver to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the official charity of the Blues, but only if his fans raise £25,000 pounds.
The celebrity stylist Josh Wood will put his hands on the Belgian international’s hair to help advance the charity’s jubilee fundraising mission.
Fellaini said: “Our fans have already given thousands of pounds to support Everton in the Community but there’s still a long way to go, so I hope that my silver hair challenge will help to bring in lots more money and make a difference.”
He added: “I’ve never done anything like this before but I am happy to help this brilliant charity. It helps so many people and I want to help them too.”
The charity is inviting all Evertonians to be part of the campaign to raise £1 million, and to achieve the target, they are asking their 40,000 supporters to raise £25 each.
