Andre Schurrle scored a brilliant hat-trick against Sweden in Germany’s 5-3 victory in the 2014 World Cup qualifiers and his coach Joachim Low has heaped praises on the 22-year-old youngster.

Low said :  “I told him recently that last year I wasn’t very happy with his development,” to German football website www.dfb.de.

“But now, in some games with us and in England, he has shown again what he can do.He is dynamic, works back well and has a strong finish.”

“His physical strength was also always an issue, but he has worked well. If he continues to play like that, the World Cup will certainly not pass him by.”

He continued: “We will take the right conclusions out of this game. That we want to improved defensively with a view to the World Cup is clear.

“That is not just the case since this game. Also offensively, we have to show more urgency in the final third,” concluded the German national.
