Gianluigi Buffon still the best goalkeeper: Paul Pogba
Italian giants Juventus' star midfielder Paul Pogba has said goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon is still the world's best after his side's Serie A triumph over AC Milan.
Pogba scored the winner for his team as Juventus notched a 2-1 victory over AC Milan at the San Siro stadium here on Saturday.
However, it was some stunning glovework from the 38-year-old custodian which saved the day for Juventus. Buffon made two stunning double saves in each half.
"Gigi is simply number one," Pogba was quoted as saying by goal.com on Sunday.
"He's the best in the business."
Juventus now are nine points clear at the top of the leader board, although second-placed Napoli have a match in hand. Pogba however, insisted a lot of work is still to be done as they eye fifth consecutive Serie A trophy.
"We've not achieved anything yet. We still need to win more matches in order to lift the trophy," he said.
"We're already focused on the next game."
