Chelsea extended their lead to six points on top of the Premier League table as skipper John Terry and striker Diego Costa found the net for Jose Mourinho’s side during their comfortable 2-0 win over West Ham United at the Stamford Bridge.
Sam Allardyce’s men were incapable of keeping up with the Blues high pace and good passing as they dominated throughout the 90 minutes of the match. Nemanja Matic continued to perform at the highest level as secured the three full points.

After Matic made a successful recovery of the ball, he passed it to Eden Hazard who released a defence splitting pass for league top scorer Diego Costa who showed impressive quality with his control over the ball, slotting it past Adrian.
