Chelsea beat Tottenham 5-2 in the semi-final after losing the first leg 2-0 to ensure they reached their fourth consecutive FA Youth Cup final. The U18 side staged an amazing comeback to go through with a 5-4 aggregate. They will now face either Manchester City or Leicester (City have a 3-0 lead from the first leg).
The Blues’ U18 coach Joe Edwards said: “To reach another final is a real testament to the winning mentality we have here.
“To sustain this level of success year after year shows the good work that’s being done in the academy all the way through the system.”
