I-League: Top five foreign signings so far

The Airtel I-League will head into a seven-week break after the coming weekend and Sportskeeda starts the mid-season review by listing the top five foreign signings so far. The list is not in any particular order.

Cornell Glen (Shillong Lajong)

Several high-profile foreigners have arrived in this season’s I-League with Glen possibly being the most notable addition as he made three appearances for Trinidad & Tobago in the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany. The 33-year-old bagged a brace on his debut against Dempo and hasn’t looked back ever since as he has scored eight of Lajong’s 18 goals so far with the third best minutes-per-goal ratio in the league. The Shillong club are currently fourth and it is largely due to the consistency of Glen.
