Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho said he deserved a yellow card for being rude but that he'd been "rude to an idiot" after he clashed with Southampton goalkeeping coach Andrew Sparkes during his side's 1-0 defeat at St Mary's Stadium in the English Premier League on Wednesday (1st January).
