Upon being asked about the other big signing Wes Brown, the youngsters responded that the former Manchester United man is very friendly with all the youngsters in the team.
"Wes Brown is very friendly. We can share anything with him. He's extremely friendly and funny," they said.
What's next?
Kerala Blasters are currently eighth in the ISL standings and take on Delhi Dynamos at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on January 10.
Author's take
The youngsters from any ISL side go into the season expecting to learn from the vast amount of experience cultivated by the foreigners that are signed by the franchises. Berbatov's aloofness could be attributed to his poor form on the pitch and injury concerns, but he should be more involved with the youngsters as they look up to him.
