After Jamshedpur FC came away from Bengaluru with a hard-fought 1-0 win, goalkeeper Subrata Paul was happy to get all three points and keep yet another clean sheet in the ISL this season.

"It was a difficult game, obviously," Subrata said. "Bengaluru are the toughest team in the ISL."

Jamshedpur put in another stunning performance to keep their fifth clean sheet in the league in six games. The Men of Steel have only conceded one goal so far (in a 1-0 loss ot FC Pune City) and Subrata has been instrumental in that run with 19 saves in six matches so far - second only to Mumbai City's Amrinder Singh who has made 29 saves.

"We're very happy with the win," he continued. "Firstly I just want to congratulate the boys. Everyone fought well until the 94th minute and we played as a team. The boys are doing very well."

The defensive performance and the 90th minute penalty allowed Jamshedpur to win only their second game of the season. And Subrata's saves - especially off Blues forwards Sunil Chhetri, Miku, and Udanta Singh - ensured they came away with all three points.

Bengaluru had 10 shots on target and made 25 crosses and Subrata dealt with them with ease.

"Bengaluru also did very well. We were a bit lucky," he admitted. "But they were also unlucky."

"Any team could have won the match. Bengaluru also had some good chances [to win the game].

"We stuck to the plan that the coach told us and everybody did their job. So we're very happy to get three points away from home."

Jamshedpur's next game is against Chennaiyin at home on 28 December.
