ISL 2017: Rating each team's home jersey ahead of the new season

The opening match of the Indian Super League 2017 will be played on Friday between Kerala Blasters and ATK. As we build up to the new season and the first game, we take a look at the jerseys of each side.

There have been some hits and some misses. Some ISL clubs have put in the hours, working on their jersey design and it is evident. Others chose to play it safe and kept it simple.

Here's a review of all ten home kits!

#1 ATK 3/5

After an offseason which was full of ups and downs, it's safe to say ATK did not push the boundaries with regard to their new jersey. The red and white stripes are synonymous with the Kolkata-based club and that hasn't changed this time around.

Their jersey does not catch the eye but sometimes predictability engages the fans best. You could spot an ATK jersey from a mile away.

#2 Kerala Blasters 4/5

Every time the Blasters play at home, a bright yellow wave of madness makes the players feel at ease. For the upcoming season, Kerala went minimalistic, opting for their usual yellow as their primary colour while blue remains their secondary colour which flows across the side of the jersey.

It's a simple but effective look.
