Bengaluru FC's ace striker Miku recently shared a well-camouflaged message in an Instagram post wherein he has hinted at a move away from The Blues.

The Venezuelan striker is a fan-favourite in India. He was the 2nd highest goalscorer in the previous edition of ISL with 15 goals to his name. The Caracas-born striker also had a brilliant start to the ISL 2018-19. He scored 3 goals and assisted 2 in the 5 matches he played.

However, an ankle injury resulted in him in missing six matches. Miku is currently back in India after receiving treatment in Spain. Bengaluru FC did not let his absence deter their performance in the league. They have stuck as a team and are currently placed at pole position in the ISL table.

The striker hinted at leaving the club in the following Instagram post:

The caption in the post is a long one wherein Miku reminisces about his life as a footballer and his entire journey so far. He also thanked all the coaches whose guidance he has received in his life. However, the following is what caught everyone's attention as it indicates at a move to South America -- away from Bengaluru FC:

"The Best is yet to come. I once lived the best of European football. It's time to live the best of South American football."

In fact, as tweeted by FPC Deportes, which gives out news and transfer rumours from the Colombian League Liga Aguila, Atletico Nacional (a first division Colombian club) has also shown interest in the Bengaluru FC forward. The Medellin-based club has enquired about Miku's contract situation, according to a news website RCN.

Atletico Nacional were reported to be interested in signing Miku even last year. However, BFC and Nacional couldn't agree on a fee for the striker.

Bengaluru FC are the only side which is yet to be defeated in the ISL. They have won 8 of their 11 encounters and 3 have ended in stalemates. The 33-year-old Miku will be rearing to get back on the field and continue performing for The Blues (until his exit).

The Venezuelan forward is indeed a vital cog of Carles Cuadrat and his troops. If his hint of leaving the club transpires into reality, then it would be a huge loss for both the club and its fans.

Bengaluru FC will be squaring off against Mumbai City FC on 27 January 2019.
