ISL 2018: Delhi Dynamos director Rohan Sharma urges Indian Arrows players to join his club's youth programme

Delhi Dynamos director Rohan Sharma has urged young players in India to join his club, indicating that the Aspire Academy, with which the ISL franchise has tied up, can offer them better opportunities to grow as footballers.

He even went on to invite the youngsters at the Indian Arrows side to contemplate their options.

In case you didn’t know…

The Indian Super League (ISL) franchise from Delhi signed a technical agreement with the renowned Aspire Academy from Qatar last year. The association between the two parties was formed in order to obtain the welfares of the knowledge, experience and management proficiency of the beautiful game that the prestigious academy carries along with its name.

The heart of the matter

Delhi Dynamos director and owner, Rohan Sharma publicly urged young football aspirants to join the Aspire programme at his club in the capital. Sharma went on to specify that he and his club are willing to take up the case of U16 and U17 national team players, in order to help them grow as a football player.

The Indian Arrows club was brought to life with the sole intention of nurturing young Indian football talents and encourage more and more youngsters to partake in the sport. While the Arrows are known for their young football postulants, Rohan Sharma desires the youngsters to pick the Dynamos youth program over the one over at the I-League team.

What’s next?

The debut of one of the top young talents of the country, Shubham Saranagi, who chose to join the Dynamos’ Aspire program over the various European offers that he claimed to have received last year, is much anticipated.

While the Dynamos’ Aspire program may offer a top quality training experience to the youth, the Indian Arrows have been contributing to the development of young footballers in the country for almost a decade now. Having two highly reputed platforms that contribute towards the growth of the youngsters in the field is a certain positive for the future of the game in India.
