FC Pune City have won back to back games

Goalkeeper:

Subhashish Roy: Subhashish Roy started his first match in a 1-3 defeat against Bengaluru FC and made a positive impression making a number of good saves. The experienced shot stopper could never really cement his position in the playing XI of his former teams in ISL, but will try to grab this opportunity with both hands.

Defenders:

Sandesh Jhingan: The no nonsense defender has so far endured a mixed season conceding two penalties in the last two matches and will be eager to show his quality. The strapping defender is also a threat in the opposition box due to his aerial prowess. With his propensity to go for tackles he is sure to give some extra points.

Rino Anto: Anto has already provided two assists with pin point crosses, which are the most by a defender in ISL 2017. The Thrissur born right back has been strong defensively and has also impressed going forward. Kerala’s strong defensive record means Anto has the potential to earn points at both ends.

Rafael Lopez: The experienced player has led FC Pune City’s backline guiding the inexperienced defenders around him. The Spaniard is calm on the ball and starts FC Pune City’s attack with his distribution from the back. He has also proved to be a threat in set piece situations. He also has made 26 tackles so far, joint most by a FC Pune City player.

Midfielders

Courage Pekuson: Courage has been a rare bright spot in a below par season for Kerala Blasters. The 23-year-old has impressed with his energy, versatility and all-round play. The Ghanian has been involved in most of Kerala’s good work going forward. He has attempted 14 shots so far, the most by a Kerala player.

Lucca: Lucca didn’t enjoy the best of starts in this season but has found form recently providing attacking returns in each of FC Pune City’s last two matches. The 23-year-old’s passing, deadly shooting and accurate set pieces means he is always likely to score attacking points.

Adil Khan: Adil Khan has scored thee goals this season, the most by an Indian midfielder in ISL 2017/18. His excellent form coupled with his potential at both ends means he is a must pick in your teams.

Marcos Tebar: Spanish midfielder Tebar has been excellent so far controlling the midfield with his passing and vision. He has completed 469 passes so far, the most by a FC Pune player and has also chipped in with two assists . Tebar’s all-round game means he is impossible to ignore in your fantasy teams.

Forwards

Iain Hume: Iain Hume has so far struggled to make an impact failing to open his account so far, but the Canadian striker has a history of getting alive in the 2nd half of the campaign and has a good record against FC Pune City.

Marcelinho: After a lean patch Marcelinho roared back to form with a brilliant hattrick against NorthEast United helping FC Pune City record their first win at home. The 31-year-old has now scored five goals. The FC Pune City captain has also contributed with four assists, the joint highest in ISL 2017/18.

Emiliano Alfaro: Alfaro failed to score in the last match but was still threatening and came close to finding the back of the net. The Uruguayan has scored five goals this season, displaying his lethal finishing abilities. With Kerala Blasters' defence struggling, Alfaro has a good chance of adding to his tally.
