Jose Mourinho slams media for publishing details of a private conversation
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, who has been in the news recently for admitting interest in Colombian striker Radamel Falcao and taking a dig at Cameroonian footballer Samuel Eto’o’ age, has slammed the media for publishing the details of what he thought to be a private conversation.
A video published by French TV Canal Plus, had Mourinho saying the following:
“The problem at Chelsea is that we are lacking a goalscorer. I have one [Samuel Eto’o] but he is 32, possibly 35, who knows?”
Canal Plus had posted the video where Mourinho made the above remarks, but removed it later. The Chelsea boss might have slightly strained relations with the Cameroonian striker as a result of his jibe, but here’s what he had to say in the press conference ahead of the Champions League game between Galatasary and Chelsea.
