Kaka may turn out for Atletico de Kolkata: Sourav Ganguly
Kolkata, April 2: Keeping alive the speculation about Brazilian football star Kaka's inclusion in the Atletico de Kolkata squad in the second edition of Indian Super League (ISL), team co-owner Sourav Ganguly on Thursday said talks are going on, but nothing has been finalised yet.
Kaka is currently playing as an attacking midfielder for American club Orlando City in Major Super League. His contract with the Major Super League club will expire this year.
"About Kaka... talks are going on, but nothing have been finalised yet. When it is finalised we will surely disclose the news," Ganguly said at the felicitation ceremony of Jagmohan Dalmiya organised by the Cricket Association of Bengal.
Habas will remain coach: Ganguly
Under head coach Antonio Lopez Habas, Atletico de Kolkata had a successful inaugural edition with the team winning the ISL crown.
The former India skipper said that the Spanish coach will remain at the helm for the second edition in 2015.
"Habas has been brilliant as a coach. He will remain the coach for sure. He helped Atletico become champions," Ganguly said.
