Kevin Pietersen pledges support for old Chelsea boss, lashes out at star players
England’s cricket star Kevin Pietersen, who has a long-time association with currently beleaguered Premier League club Chelsea, expressed his displeasure at how things have unfolded at Stamford Bridge over this week.
Jose Mourinho was sacked after an emergency meeting earlier this week, and there have been rumours that some high-profile players had a part to play in his unceremonious sending off.
Pietersen, apart from being a loyal fan of the club, also uses the club’s facilities to train when he needs to. He also has friends in iconic Chelsea players like Ashley Cole, Frank Lampard and John Terry.
Pietersen pointed out Diego Costa and Eden Hazard, Chelsea’s two most prolific sources of goals in recent times, as two individuals the club could do without. These two were pointed out as the ones who had led the ‘plot’ against Jose Mourinho, according to the rumours.
Hope Costa & Hazard are sold in the transfer window or at least moved on! Don't need them at @ChelseaFC! Cheerio! #JosèIsKing

There has been a lot of similar reactions from sections of Chelsea fans – Hazard and Diego Costa’s posters have been seen blackened in the streets of London following Mourinho’s sack.
The newer bunch of player were subjected to boos, despite claiming a win in the weekend’s match.
