LONDON (Reuters) - Leicester City were crowned Premier League champions with two games to spare after Tottenham Hotspur were held to a 2-2 draw at Chelsea on Monday.

Second-placed Spurs needed to win to extend the title race to the penultimate weekend but fell short, meaning 5,000-1 outsiders Leicester completed the most unlikely title triumph.

It was Leicester's first top-flight championship success.
